1. Description of goods and/or services
Q No More is a business in the Vehicle Licencing industry.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5-7 working days turn around time. Delivery should preferably be done to work address.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
No refund can be done on a licence transaction once the licence has been processed and paid for.
Once a licence has been processed and paid it cannot be cancelled i.r.o if the licence received a disc or not, as the licence fee for the specific vehicle has been paid.
This deems the whole transaction non refundable once paid. The onus is on the client to make sure all info is correct before clicking on the paid button.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Q No More shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Q No More bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Q No More via Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Q No More separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast's secure site. For more details on Payfast refer to www.payfast.io
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Q No More chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature Q No More.
11. Responsibility
User agrees that all information provided is true and done with the sole permission of the registered owner of the vehicle. User authorises Q No More to check vehicle data and any outstanding fines due on AARTO.
Q No More will not be held responsible or take responsibility for information that was provided incorrectly by the user. Licence fees provide are only estimates and any short fall or penalties will have to be paid before delivery can be done.
Q No More is not integrated with Natis or RTMC.
We have no knowledge of Vehicle licence/s blocked by an AARTO enforcement order; Vehicle licence/s blocked by other unlicensed vehicle/s; or vehicle/s where CRW is required (Roadworthy state of vehicle).
Q No More can’t be held responsible if the licence disc is not issued due to the above mentioned reasons. No refund can be done on a licence transaction once the licence has been processed and paid for.
Accounts have to be settled in full before licence disc will be delivered. Once a licence has been processed and paid it cannot be cancelled regardless of whether a disc has been received or not, as the licence fee for the specific vehicle has been paid.
Re-submission for disc due to the above mentioned issues will levy a R60 fee. Fine status can change daily and Q No More can't be held responsible if fine\s change to an enforcement order (which will result in not issuing a licence disc) in the process.
Q No More takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
12. Variation
(Your Company) may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Q No More collects information from you when you register or complete a form on our website or via one of our partners. To make use of this service you are required to enter your South African ID number, and contact information.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
